Our FlexLaw Team
FlexLaw by Schellenberg Wittmer provides our clients with flexible legal support for a broad range of projects and assignments. Our team consists of Swiss-trained lawyers and other professionals with a legal background who are employed either on a permanent basis or according to the specific needs of a project.
Depending on the assignment, our FlexLaw professionals support clients in areas such as internal investigations, compliance reviews, litigation, corporate transactions, contract management, e-discovery and document review.
Your role
As part of our FlexLaw team, you will work on a variety of legal projects depending on your background, experience and the respective client needs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting legal and regulatory projects across different practice areas
- Reviewing, analysing and managing legal documents and information
- Assisting with internal investigations, compliance matters and litigation-related projects
- Supporting contract review and other legal project work
- Working with legal technology and document review tools where required
- Collaborating closely with our lawyers, FlexLaw colleagues and clients
- Providing support either remotely or on-site, depending on the project
Your profile
We are looking for motivated legal professionals with different levels of experience who are interested in working in a dynamic and project-oriented environment. Ideally, you bring:
- A Swiss law degree or another relevant legal background
- A structured, accurate and reliable way of working
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- An interest in working on a broad range of legal matters and projects
- A flexible and pragmatic mindset
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- An interest in legal technology and innovative ways of delivering legal services
